
Dr. Karen Fraser
Naturopathic Physician, Certified to Provide Acupuncture, Prescription Authority
Dr.Karen has over 25 years of experience with women’s & men’s health, hormone conditions, digestive disorders, allergies, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and many other conditions in her family-based practice. She has written, lectured and been interviewed as an expert on these topics. Her philosophy on achieving optimal health with her patients is focused on listening to their concerns, prevention, advocating for patients, education and providing access to the highest quality products and advanced laboratory testing.
Dr. Karen is the Clinic Director and founder of the Arbour Wellness Centre (est. in 2006). She is a graduate from Carleton University in Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science (Biology), and from the accredited Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She is the co-founder and former Vice President of The Eastern Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. In 2014, she established the Naturopathic and Integrative Medical division at the former North Nanaimo Medical Clinic. She is licensed with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia, is a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA) and member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
She enjoys staying up to date with current research, continuing education and conferences. Dr. Karen is a mom to two children, is passionate about her work, and enjoys down time with her family and local activities.

Dr. David Milanovich
Naturopathic Physician, Board Certified Prolotherapist & Certified to Provide Acupuncture
Dr. Dave received his training as a Naturopathic Physician from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where he co-founded the men’s health awareness week, and was a member of the sports medicine group.
Prior to that he studied kinesiology at the University of Calgary, and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria, where he also competitively rowed, competed in triathlons, and was member of the athletic advisory committee.
He is also a father of two, and a qualified yoga teacher. Blending his passion for sport, yoga and medicine, has given Dr. Dave a unique perspective. He has worked in the field of athletic performance, pain management and sport/work related injuries while focusing on Regenerative Injection Therapy (aka Prolotherapy), PRP, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, laboratory testing, and vitamin injection therapy to help patients continue living active, healthy and pain free lives.
When not in the office, you’ll find him skiing, in the gym, sweating in the yoga studio, or hiking on the many trails the west coast has to offer. Dr. Dave is licensed with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC (CNPBC), is a member of the of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association(BCNA) and member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors(CAND).

Dr. Brandi Honaizer
Naturopathic Physician and Certified to Provide Acupuncture
Dr. Honaizer completed her undergraduate studies at Vancouver Island University before moving to New Westminster to complete four years of naturopathic medical school at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (BINM). Dr. Honaizer has a general family practice and provides treatment to patients of all ages and health concerns.
She has a special interest in pediatrics and women’s health (including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and hormonal imbalances). She offers well baby/well child exams for children to monitor growth and development; as well as women’s wellness exams (breast and pap). Dr. Honaizer is licensed by the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC (CNPBC), and is a member of the BC Naturopathic Association (BCNA), Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians (PedANP) and Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors (APND).
